Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 slices of smoked salmon (150 g)
- 400 g fresh tagliatelle
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 1 onion
- 30 g chives
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
How to
Preparation: 10 min - Cooking: 10 min
- Finely chop the onion and cut the salmon slices into thin strips.
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle for 4 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the onion in a drizzle of olive oil over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the fresh cream.
- Once the cream is hot, add the salmon strips, chopped chives, and pepper.
- Heat gently for 1 minute.
- Drain the pasta and plate it, creating a well in the center. Pour the salmon sauce into the well.
- Garnish with a few chive sprigs around the edges.
Result
Your salmon tagliatelle is ready! Serve immediately to enjoy the full burst of flavors.
Bonus tip
For perfectly cooked pasta every time, use plenty of water—a general rule is 1 liter per 100 g of pasta. A small pan won't cut it; the pasta will stick and clump together.
