A burger and champagne

The burger has long been associated with junk food, but today it goes up a notch and invites itself in restaurants, brasseries and even in the homes of great chefs...

Faced with this observation and after a trip to London, the guys from Fastandfood teamed up with the pioneer of the burger in Paris PDG (Pretty Damn Good), to accompany the burger with champagne on our tables.

They created 4 ephemeral à la carte burger recipes for only 4 weeks, available during the month of November:

Week 1:Ginger Bun, Ground Beef, Pineapple, Cheddar, Chilli Huilihuli Sauce, Sweet Potato Fries.

Week 2:Black sesame bun, Wagyu burger, Onion confit, Cheddar, Truffle aioli sauce.

Week 3:Green Tea Bun, Green Tomatoes, Shitake, Green Gouda, Shizo.

Week 4:Paprika Bun, Ground Beef, Cumin Gouda Capers, Large Pickles, Paprika Sauce.
