Preparation time: 5 min - Cooking time: 20 mins

- 1 puff pastry

- 1 jar of spread

- 1 egg

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Unroll the puff pastry.

3. With a knife, cut squares in the dough.

4. Place a teaspoon of spread in the center of each square of dough.

5. Fold the square back on itself to form a triangle.

6. Press down the edges with a fork.

7. Separate the egg white from the yolk using this trick.

8. Lightly beat the egg yolk.

9. Brush the triangles with the egg yolk.

10. Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 min.
