Fresh Goat Cheese Salad with White and Black Sesame Seeds
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 150 g fresh goat cheese
- Lettuce
- Curly chicory
- Treviso
- Sucrine
- Rocket
- White sesame seeds
- Black sesame seeds
- Ten-herb vinaigrette
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Instructions
- Prepare the ten-herb vinaigrette.
- Trim, wash, and drain the greens.
- Arrange salads in a circle (about 10 leaves) on each plate; garnish with fresh goat cheese and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle white sesame seeds over one half of the circle and black sesame seeds over the other half.
- Drizzle a few drops of vinaigrette over the salads.
- Serve the remaining vinaigrette in a sauceboat.
