Clean the mushrooms and roughly chop them. Heat a little oil in your wok over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms for a few minutes until lightly browned.
Add broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the ginger into thin strips and stir it in.
Season with salt, add the sugar, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, adding splashes of water as needed to steam the vegetables.
