The name 'Liemès,' derived from the Latin 'limes' meaning 'border,' nods to the ancient Roman Empire's demarcation line that once ran through this very region in the Netherlands. Just as that historic border was a crossroads, Liemès serves as a vibrant meeting place, featuring varied seating options—low, high, and long tables—plus two open bars. The intimate restaurant area by the expansive windows invites leisurely dining amid 11 specialized kitchens offering global flavors.
