5 Easy Homemade Herbal Infusions for Detox, Energy, Sleep, Stress, and Digestion

1. Detox Infusion

Simmer a diced prune, 1 tablespoon wild pansy leaves, and 1 tablespoon burdock root (all available at your local herbal shop) for 2 minutes. This potent blend delivers a natural detox boost backed by traditional herbal practices.

2. Energy Infusion

Grate 1 tablespoon fresh orange peel and combine with 1 tablespoon kola nuts plus 1 tablespoon eleuthero root (or ginseng substitute, from herbalists). Its stimulating herbs provide sustained energy without the crash.

3. For Restful Sleep
