1. The salmon bagel

2. The classic

3. Veggie

It's necessary. 1 bagel, 50 g plain cream cheese, 1/2 avocado, 1 small tomato, 6 radishes, 3 rings of sweet onion, 5 sprigs of coriander, 1 dash of lime juice, salt and pepper. Action. Mix 50 g of natural fresh cheese with the chopped coriander, lime juice and a little salt and pepper. Spread the 1/2 bagel with this preparation, place the avocado, tomato, radish and onion previously cut into rings, then close.

And as an accompaniment, the coleslaw salad

It's necessary. 1/4 white cabbage, 3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 plain unsweetened yogurt, 5 chopped dill sprigs, 4 tbsp. at s. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. at s. lemon juice, salt and pepper. Action. Chop the cabbage and grate the carrots and the apple after peeling them. Mix the yoghurt with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill, salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad.
