Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- ½ watermelon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons crushed ice
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation
- Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries. Cut into pieces and add to the blender.
- Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon. Cut the flesh into pieces and add to the blender.
- Add the lemon juice and crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
