Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • ½ watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ice
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries. Cut into pieces and add to the blender.
  2. Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon. Cut the flesh into pieces and add to the blender.
  3. Add the lemon juice and crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
