Ingredients

  • 1 roll of pastry
  • 3 olivette tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon strong mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe Steps

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions over low heat until translucent and tender. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and prick it with a fork. Spread the mustard over the dough.
