- 200 g bacon
- 8 eggs
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe
- Peel and slice the onions. Heat an empty frying pan, brown the bacon, set aside, and discard the fat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and sauté the onions until browned.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the remaining oil in a large nonstick skillet. Pour in the eggs, add the onions and bacon. Cook until edges set. Flip, cook 3 more minutes, roll up, and serve immediately.
