Ingredients for Lasagna

Pack of lasagna sheets
500g ground beef
Small can tomato paste
Pack of passata (500ml)
2 onions
1 zucchini
2 bell peppers
2 leeks
Trays of mushrooms
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp Italian herbs (Pit & Pit brand for exceptional flavor)
Salt to taste
Grated cheese

500ml cold milk
50g flour (a few tablespoons)
50g butter
Stock powder to taste
