  • 50 ml water

  • 1 lime, juice

Jackfruit

  • 1 can unsweetened jackfruit
  • 1 bag Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ½ orange, juice

Extras

  • 1 mango
  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 package Santa Maria Tortilla Original Small
  • Hot pepper sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions

Soak cashews in water for 1 hour at room temperature. Blend until smooth, then season with salt, Santa Maria Hot Pepper Sauce, and lime juice for a creamy spread.

Drain and shred jackfruit into pieces. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan, fry jackfruit, and season with Taco Seasoning Mix and orange juice until flavorful and caramelized.

Dice the mango and chop coriander. Warm tortillas in a skillet or oven.
