Carolina seemed to be doing well. Especially after the publication of her first book Happiness factor 10. She has a huge fan base on Instagram and Youtube, but unfortunately she had a lot to choose from in recent years. Her relationship broke down and she suffered from chronic insomnia. As a result, she learned that she needed to take good care of herself in order to become physically and mentally healthy and happy. And that's how her second book came about:The Happiness Diet.

This book is a practical workbook, intended to give women the ultimate happiness and health boost in four weeks that you will feel from head to toe. In both body and mind.

You can choose four schedules:the regular schedule or the vegetarian or vegan version.

Recipe:the falafel wrap

Santé can share one of the recipes with you:the falafel wrap.

Ingredients

  • 60 g falafel
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • a handful of lettuce of your choice
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 4 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  • Prepare the falafel according to the directions on the package. Heat the wrap according to the instructions on the package.
  • Put the wrap on a plate, spread with the hummus and then top with a handful of lettuce, chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes and finally divide the falafel over it.
  • Roll up and enjoy your meal!

Hint! I myself choose hummus basil tomato. Vary with the humus and create a different wrap every time.
