Ingredients (makes about 8 scoops)
- 4 bananas, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp peanut butter with nut pieces

Instructions
- Chop the bananas into pieces, place in a container or bag, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Blend the frozen bananas with the peanut butter in a food processor or high-powered blender until smooth and creamy. Avoid over-processing to prevent melting.
- Scoop into balls and serve in four ice cream cones or bowls. Top with banana slices, dark chocolate chunks, chopped dates, and/or a drizzle of peanut butter.

If your food processor or blender struggles, let the frozen bananas thaw for 5 minutes before blending.
