Like many chocolate lovers, I'm hooked on Kinder Country bars—that irresistible crunch of puffed rice wrapped in smooth chocolate never gets old!
I've long assumed recreating them at home would be complicated, but after testing this recipe myself, I can confirm it's surprisingly simple and yields spot-on results every time.

For 6 bars:
- 200 g dark pastry chocolate (or milk chocolate, if preferred)
- 110 g white pastry chocolate
- 35 g plain puffed rice cereal
- 50 g sweetened condensed milk
1. Melt half of the dark (or milk) chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie).
2. Coat the sides and bottom of 6 small rectangular molds with the melted chocolate (apply in two layers for better adhesion).
3. Refrigerate the molds until set.
4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler with the sweetened condensed milk.
5. Stir in the puffed rice until evenly coated.
6. Fill the prepared molds with the rice mixture.
7. Melt the remaining dark (or milk) chocolate and pour over the top to cover.
8. Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours before unmolding.
