An easy and inexpensive candy dessert recipe.

An easy and inexpensive candy dessert recipe.

For those who don't know what to do with candies that have accumulated in their cupboards, here is a simple and inexpensive recipe for Tagada strawberry minicake.

Like me, you love to receive children at home and, in anticipation of the next wave of rascals, you store packets and packets of candy in your cupboards. It's cute but quickly bulky. Fortunately, with my clever minicake recipe, you can easily reuse your Tagada strawberries.

To prepare your minicakes, nothing very complicated. You will need:

- Tagada strawberries of course! 25 will do. You can also use Tagada Pink if you're feeling girly.

- 4 tablespoons of milk

- 75 grams of semi-salted butter

- 2 eggs

- 70 grams of powdered sugar

- 80 g flour with baking powder

As for the preparation, it's child's play (it's good for a candy recipe...). Here's how it works:

1. Melt the butter, milk and our famous strawberries over low heat, stirring often. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to thermostat 6-7 (200°C). And above all, be careful not to burn yourself!

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl or a bowl, then add the butter-milk-strawberry mixture and the flour. Whisk vigorously. You should get a nice smooth paste.

3. Put everything in a cake mold, trying to distribute the dough evenly in the prints. If all the prints are not well occupied, you can add a little water to make your life easier. Put the preparation in the oven for 20 minutes.

4. It's ready! You can now delight young and old alike with this clever tip.

Fun little tip:don't tell them you put candy in your cake and see if they can guess. It always has a small effect when we triumphantly announce that our delicious cakes have been prepared with Tagada strawberries!

Have you ever cooked with Tagada strawberries? We look forward to your comments!
