My cheap Christmas recipe for less than 10 euros.

At Christmas, we all want to treat ourselves without it costs an arm and a leg. Discover my original and economical recipe for less than 10 euros to prepare for your holiday meals.

I present to you my magic recipe:

Breaded Chicken with Comté and Corn-Flakes

For 4 people

Ingredients

>> 4 chicken cutlets

>> 50g grated Comté

>> 5 tablespoons sugar-free cornflakes

>> 12 walnut kernels

>> 1 whole egg

>> 1 heaping tablespoon of flour

>> 1 plate of breadcrumbs

>> Olive oil and raw butter

>> Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Make the breadcrumbs

I suggest you start this recipe by making the breadcrumbs. To do this, crumble the corn-flakes and crush the walnut kernels in a deep plate.

Once you are done, add the grated county and pepper the whole thing. Your breadcrumbs are ready! Now is the time to bread the cutlets :-)

Break the whole egg into another deep plate and beat it for a few seconds.

Then, take the cutlets and pass them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

2. Cooking

To cook cutlets, first heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, preferably flat and wide.

Sear the breaded cutlets over high heat for 2 minutes then continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. All you have to do is add salt and pepper if necessary. Good tasting!
