- 500 g ladyfingers (savoiardi)

- 1 cup strong coffee

- 450 g mascarpone

- 1 tbsp amaretto

- 6 eggs

- 200 g sugar

- 200 g cocoa powder

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.

2. In one bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy.
