And There you go ! Your delicious homemade seed crackers are already ready :-)

Easy, quick and delicious, right?

Once the cooking is finished, let cool then break your crackers with your hands.

You can keep them in an airtight box for about a week... don't worry, they will be eaten before!

These crackers are gluten-free and if you don't add cheese, they're 100% vegan.

But I admit that with a little emmental or parmesan, it's really a killer.

For the aperitif with sauces and small raw vegetables, your crackers will be all the rage. And at least, no horrible ultra salty aperitif biscuits for your health.

To be eaten with a salad, for a small healthy snack or simply for indulgence...

I promise you won't be without it!

Variants

I bought a mix of seeds already ready like this, it saves me having to buy 5 or 6 packets of different seeds.

To vary the taste, add garlic, fried onions, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, conté or rosemary.

You can also change the seeds according to your tastes:flax, hemp, spelled, poppy or mustard seeds.

Of course, these cookies can be made using the Thermomix.
