Fortunately, there is a grandmother's trick that works every time to make a nice firm whipped cream.
The simple and effective trick is to put the bowl and the whisk in the freezer before making the recipe . Watch:
1. Grab your bowl and whisk.
2. Put them in the freezer.
3. Let them cool well for 10 min.
4. Take the bowl and whisk out of the freezer.
5. Take the fresh liquid full cream or UHT cream out of the fridge.
6. Make your whipped cream right away by following this easy recipe.
And now, thanks to this pastry trick, you get a very firm whipped cream every time :-)

No more homemade whipped cream that doesn't hold together and is all flattened...

Know that it is easier to mount your whipped cream with full cream than with heavy cream.

But what is essential is to always take a cream with at least 30% fat .
35% fat is ideal.

It is effective because the coldness of the salad bowl allows the fat in the cream to fill with air more easily.
The cream therefore takes on more volume and is more airy.
