I don't know about you, but I love it whipped cream!

Its soft foamy and creamy texture is perfect for coating my favorite desserts or for preparing a delicious Viennese coffee.

The only problem is that every time I make whipped cream, you have to take out a lot of kitchen utensils and especially clean them afterwards ...

Luckily, there's an easy trick to whipping up delicious homemade whipped cream — in just 2 minutes !

The trick is to use a French press to make whipped cream in 2 min. Watch:

How to

1. Fill the coffee maker with about 1/4 of liquid cream.

2. Replace the cover and plunger.

3. Move the plunger back and forth for a few minutes.

4. Continue this movement until you get a beautiful whipped cream very thick and smooth .

For an ideal result, use liquid cream very cold and containing at least 30% fat .

Why does it work?

By moving back and forth, the French press filter will introduce air bubbles into the liquid cream.

Difference between whipped cream and whipped cream?

Although "whipped cream" and "chantilly cream" are often used as synonyms, they are not exactly the same thing!

Indeed, if you add icing sugar or powdered sugar to the whipped cream, you get... whipped cream!

So don't forget:if you add 30 to 50 g of sugar per 50 cl of liquid cream , you get a delicious homemade whipped cream!
