Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler (bain-marie). In a bowl, whisk the whole eggs until smooth. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture over the eggs, whisking continuously to combine.
Stir in the icing sugar and flour until just incorporated. Add a flavor of your choice, such as organic orange zest or rum, for extra depth.
Butter individual ramekins and divide the batter evenly among them.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on your oven and ramekin size. Watch closely—the center should remain lusciously molten, flowing out when cut with a spoon!
