Roquefort Pork Tenderloin en Papillote: Easy French Recipe for Tender Flavor

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 50cl fresh cream
- 90g Roquefort cheese
- 2 onions
- Mustard
- Oil
- Parsley
Instructions
- In a skillet, sear the pork tenderloin in oil until browned on all sides, then set aside.
- Chop the onions and sauté them in the same pan until softened and reduced.
- Mash the Roquefort cheese in a bowl. Mix in the fresh cream, chopped parsley, and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer two aluminum foil sheets perpendicularly. Place the tenderloin in the center, top with onions and cheese mixture, then seal tightly to form a papillote packet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (thermostat 7) for 45 minutes.
