Renowned Chef Diego crafted the Netherlands' most expensive burger to celebrate International Hamburger Day. Priced at €2,050, this culinary marvel features premium Japanese dry-aged wagyu, Oosterschelde lobster, foie gras, white truffle, Remeker cheese, Japanese fruit tomato, and caviar. Artisan baker Edwin Klaasen from Desemenzo created the brioche bun infused with saffron and gold leaf. The signature sauce draws from a reduction of 35 lobsters, Madagascar vanilla, saffron, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, and 34-year-old soy sauce. Chef Diego's creation has secured a Guinness World Record.
