Ter Marsch & Co. has claimed the title of Best Burger in the Benelux. The burger specialists triumphed in the finals of the Best Burger Benelux competition on October 13 at the BBB in MECC Maastricht, outshining 100 contenders. The Gojira burger, a previous winner at Horecava, was once again deemed the top choice by the international jury.
The Gojira features two small steamed buns cradling a patty of Dutch dry-aged ribeye and Japanese Wagyu. It's layered with purple tortilla and nori crumble, yuzu-pickled red onion, sweet-and-sour cucumber, mini bok choy, and bulgogi pulled pork. The pork is braised in bulgogi marinade with smoked pork belly in Mexican red pepper sauce. Complementing it are two signature sauces: a white one with Jarritos lime juice, manuka honey, Japanese pink ginger, and lime zest; and a red one based on Gochujang paste blended with Ter Marsch & Co.'s homemade spicy ketchup.

Jury Verdict
The five-member jury praised The Gojira's flawless presentation and meticulous attention to detail. They described it as a true taste explosion—original, surprising, perfectly balanced, and stunningly served in a steamer basket. As sliders, the pair is compact and easy to enjoy.
