A cheeseburger with royal pedigree may claim the title of the world's most expensive. Dubbed the 'Seven Emirates Burgerstack,' this towering creation features seven layers—one for each of the United Arab Emirates—including aged cheddar cheese and veal bacon strips in a saffron brioche bun. Crafted by culinary director Russell Impiazzi of Le Gourmet at Dubai's Galeries Lafayette, in collaboration with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani of Qatar's royal family, it was prepared for a charity auction. This $29,633 burger was one of four auctioned alongside other gourmet items.
