Cyril Lignac's Melty and Flavorful Quiche Lorraine Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Thick shortcrust pastry
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 50 cl cream
  • 80g grated cheese
  • Optional: leeks

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a thick shortcrust pastry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk 6 eggs, then add 50 cl cream and 40g grated cheese.
  3. Fry the bacon in a pan.
  4. Line a mold with the thick shortcrust pastry. Add leeks if desired.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top for browning.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 185°C.
