You will need:

  • Thick shortcrust pastry
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 50 cl of cream
  • 80g grated cheese
  • Optional:leeks

The preparation steps:

  1. Make a thick shortcrust pastry
  2. In a bowl, break 6 eggs, beat them and add 50 cl of cream and 40 g of grated cheese.
  3. Fry the bacon in a pan.
  4. Spread the thick shortcrust pastry on a mold. Add leeks if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture over the dough.
  6. Add the rest of the grated cheese to make it brown.
  7. Put in the oven for 45 minutes at 185 degrees.
