The ingredients (recipe for 4 people!)

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10cl olive oil
  • 600g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon wine vinegar
  • Coarse salt

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Keep cool.
