The back-to-school season signals the return of Starbucks' beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), with over 200 million cups served worldwide. This fall staple combines Starbucks Espresso Roast, pumpkin pie-flavored syrup, steamed milk, whipped cream, and warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. To delight more fans, Starbucks is introducing a fully vegan version starting September 6.
The vegan PSL features dairy-free syrup, letting customers choose between creamy oat or almond milk. Created by barista Peter Dukes in 2003—inspired by pumpkin pie paired with espresso—both traditional and vegan options hit menus tomorrow from €4.75 at all Starbucks stores. Yet another reason to love fall!
