Chef Stéphane d'Aboville Unveils Menu Palais at Vallée Village: A Modern French Dining Gem

The sibling to the acclaimed Mini Palais has arrived. After captivating diners at Paris's Grand Palais, Chef Stéphane d'Aboville brings his expertise to Vallée Village with Menu Palais. Evoking Parisian artists' studios and the grandeur of the Grand Palais, this venue embodies the French art de vivre—a fresh, light reinterpretation of King Louis XIV's historic "Menus-Plaisirs."

Menu Palais also features and sells museum-quality plaster and resin sculptures crafted by the direct heir to the Louvre's molding workshop, offering authentic replicas you can take home.
