Top Chef Stars Adrien Cachot & Mallory Gabsi Launch Pop-Up '140 Street' Chip Shop on Paris Barge, July 16-Aug 1

We all fondly remember 140°, the standout restaurant created by Adrien Cachot and Mallory Gabsi during Top Chef's iconic 'Restaurant War' challenge. Now, it's opening for real on Thursday, July 16, aboard the Atelier barge at Quai de la Tournelle in Paris's 5th arrondissement—a scoop from Konbini Food.

Rechristened 140 Street, this beloved concept that wowed judges and fans alike is making a limited debut, running just two weeks until August 1. The venue, open for lunch and dinner, is spearheaded by Selim Gabsi, a savvy greengrocer-entrepreneur and cousin to Mallory Gabsi.

Expect elevated Belgian street food classics, reimagined with their signature flair: authentic Belgian fries paired with brown shrimp croquettes, inventive sandwiches like the eggplant and smoked eel 'baoguette,' or the mitraillette-style pulled pork (slow-confit pork, fresh herbs, Comté cheese, pickles).

Adrien and Mallory will serve shareable plates at wallet-friendly prices ranging from 4 to 12 euros.
