Big Fernand Fights Cancer with Chef Michalak's Exclusive Vegetarian 'Le Gustave' Burger

Big Fernand, the beloved 100% French fast-food chain known for its fresh on-site minced meat, homemade fries, and generous portions, has made its mark with quality dining. This year, they're partnering again with renowned pastry chef and culinary expert Christophe Michalak for a meaningful solidarity campaign. The highlight? A limited-edition burger named "Le Gustave," where every euro from sales goes directly to Gustave Roussy, Europe's top cancer research and treatment center in the Paris region. Savor a chef-crafted burger while supporting life-saving research—a win-win we can't resist!

A Vegetarian Masterpiece

Chef Michalak designed "Le Gustave" as a fully vegetarian delight, swapping meat for crispy fried aubergines, complemented by fresh pear slices, crunchy walnuts, candied onions, and creamy Bleu des Causses cheese. It's elevated with a touch of honey and signature sweet mayonnaise ("uncle sauce" to insiders). Watch the chef demonstrate its creation in a video on Big Fernand's official YouTube channel. The initiative runs December 18-22, 2017, with live fundraising updates on Facebook. At 12€, each burger delivers a full 12€ donation.

Hurry—available this week only at all Big Fernand restaurants across France!
