For the week of December 14, for instance, enjoy Arabic rice with chicken, almonds, and raisins from guest chef Azad Sultan. Fleeing Syria amid political unrest and violence, Azad has lived briefly in Turkey, Jordan, Russia, and Vietnam before settling in Germany several months ago.
