Experience summer in every sip with this refreshing Red Sunshine Shake, blending zesty Florida grapefruits and tart raspberries.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 Florida grapefruits
1 lime
200 g frozen raspberries
Fresh ginger
1.5 dl Greek yogurt
How to make it
Halve the Florida grapefruits horizontally and use a grapefruit knife to loosen the flesh from the peel. Add the flesh to a blender. Grate the lime zest, reserving 2 tsp. Squeeze in the lime juice, then add the zest, frozen raspberries, yogurt, and about 1.5 cm of peeled fresh ginger, grated directly over the blender. Blend at high speed until smooth. Add 4 ice cubes and blend to crush.
