Tip:make red wine brownies

Attention brownie lovers:with this tip you make your brownie extra special. Your friends will be pleasantly surprised.

To turn a regular brownie into a red wine brownie, soak 50 grams of dried cranberries in 200 ml of red wine. Soak them in the red wine for half an hour to an hour. One of the best things about this recipe is that you have plenty of wine left over to drink.

While the cranberries are soaking in the wine, prepare the rest of the brownie batter. After 30-60 minutes, fold the cranberries through the batter. Pour it into the brownie tin and bake it in the oven as directed by the recipe.
