Ingredients

For the cupcakes:
– 140 g sifted all-purpose flour
– 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
– 7 g baking powder
– 220 g granulated sugar
– Pinch of salt
– 1 egg at room temperature
– 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
– 60 ml sunflower oil
– 2 tbsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp Nutella
– 10 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

For the topping:
– 200 g butter at room temperature
– 200 g Nutella
– 75 g icing sugar
– 80 g hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
– 10 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Preparation method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine. Line cupcake tins with papers, fill halfway with batter, add a Ferrero Rocher in the center, and top with remaining batter. Bake in the oven center for 25 minutes.
3. Cool cupcakes fully. Beat butter, Nutella, and icing sugar until smooth. Frost each cupcake, dip in hazelnuts, add a central frosting dollop, and top with a Ferrero Rocher.
