Spicy Melon Smoothie: Veggie-Packed Summer Refreshers with Herbs

Spicy Melon Smoothie
Serves 4 – Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
400 g watermelon pulp
200 g honeydew melon pulp
1 red pepper
1 banana
100 g raspberries
1 tsp linseed
1 tbsp finely chopped fennel greens
1-2 tbsp lime juice

Equipment needed
Blender (or food processor/stick blender with tall mixing cup)

Instructions
Cut the melons into pieces. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds, and roughly chop. Peel the banana and slice it. Add all ingredients with ice cubes to the blender or mixing bowl and purée until smooth. Divide among four glasses and serve immediately, optionally sprinkled with extra linseed.
