- 2 cups powdered white sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- The finely scraped zest of 2 oranges
- The finely grated zest of a lime
- The finely grated zest of a lemon
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds (or crushed with a pestle)
- 1.5 teaspoons of dried lavender
- 4 to 5 branches of an anise star
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger
- 1/4 tbsp citric acid (to buy now, we recommend this 100% organic citric acid)
1. Boil everything in a saucepan for 20 min.
2. Leave to cool and add sparkling water.
