  • 100 g grated cheese

  1. Wash and slice the white parts of the leeks. Boil in salted water until tender, drain well, and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic. In an oven-safe dish, melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic, and sauté gently without browning.
  3. Spread the cooked leeks evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the fresh cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
