Would you pay $100 for a packet of pasta?

Forget designer clothes, designer food is the last thing! Design duo Dolce &Gabbana have teamed up with pasta company Pastificio di Martino for true designer pasta. The partnership includes 5,000 boxes of the designer carbohydrates, which cost a whopping €95 per pack. The pasta is sold in cans with a special D&G design, as well as plastic bags. Oh, and there are matching aprons too. That will be a luxurious plate of pasta, but really ... who is going to buy it?
