Apple-banana pie from Christophe Michalak:a tasty recipe that is very easy to make!

Easy to make, delicious , the chef presents it as a "killer" that we will all have fun doing as a family!

Christophe Michalak's apple-banana pie recipe

You need:

  • Organic puff pastry
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 lemon
  • Applesauce
  • 3 organic Gala apples
  • Semi-salted butter
  • Brown sugar
  • A few Tonka beans

Steps to make Christophe Michalak's apple-banana pie:

  1. Sprinkle brown sugar on a baking sheet, place your puff pastry disc, make a border.
  2. Mash 3 bananas with a fork with a little lemon juice.
  3. Dress the compote in the center, cut 3 apples into thin slices (knife or mandolin).
  4. Arrange the apples harmoniously, glaze with semi-salted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees.
  5. Out of the oven, grate some Tonka beans.
  6. Taste warm.
