I tested gluten-free spreads

Today all variations of sandwiches are possible, but do not necessarily meet everyone's needs. This is what the Chef de France brand has noticed, which has decided to create a collection of gluten-free spreads.

But who says gluten free, does not say tasteless, quite the contrary! After receiving three samples from the brand, I discovered new delicious and tasteful textures.

On the savory side, I tasted the “carrot-Beaufort” duo, a tasty and melt-in-the-mouth novelty. The little extra:decorate it with a peach wedge. As a second sample, I discovered "wild garlic", a classic that hasn't lost its taste. The little extra:cover it with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella for a revisited bruschetta.

On the sweet side, I had the right to a blueberry milk jam. A surprise in the mouth but deliciously rich in taste. The little extra:dare to make a salty combination with sheep's cheese.

Chef de France, is a brand located in the Bauges park (above Chambéry) in the mountains, which only offers artisanal products to precede or accompany a dish.

Gluten-free spreads are between €3.90 and €4.75 per jar.
