It also has an exceptional content of polyphenols, these antioxidants which actively participate in the fight against cellular aging and inflammation.

Virtues validated by science and known forever

From the earliest times, the pomegranate has been used. In ancient times, the pomegranate was used to cure various ailments. Recent studies reveal that the constituents of pomegranate may have beneficial effects in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, certain cancers and other chronic diseases such as diabetes. These effects are due to its richness in polyphenols, antioxidants that help protect the body by eliminating free radicals in the cells.

A bit of history (but not too much)

Born between Persia and the foothills of the Himalayas, the pomegranate was one of the first cultivated fruits. Very early on, this fruit was associated with notions of fertility, strength and even longevity.

How do you choose your pomegranate juice?

It is preferable to choose a pure juice without added sugar. Because antioxidants are good but if at the same time you stuff yourself with sugar, there it is niet.
