3 winter variations on coffee

You no longer need the pumpkin spice latte. With these three recipes you can make your own winter coffee.

1. Coffee with Nutella
Whip 200 ml of milk. Put 1 tsp Nutella, 1 tsp honey and a pinch of cinnamon together in your coffee cup and mix it together. Then pour in the coffee and add the whipped milk.

2. Coffee with pumpkin
For four cups of coffee:mix 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cloves with a little nutmeg. Heat 200 ml of milk in the pan and add 1 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 tsp sugar and half a tsp of the home-mixed herbs. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep stirring. Place 1 tsp vanilla extract in a large cup and then pour in the espresso and milk.

3. Stroopwafel coffee
Put 1 tsp caramel syrup in a glass and whisk 200 ml of milk. Do not fill the glass completely with coffee and pour the whipped milk over it. Finish it off with a little syrup and stroopwafel crumbs.
