De Hallen will open in Amsterdam next week. 21 entrepreneurs sell their delicacies there, ranging from Vietnamese street food and burgers to patisserie. All under one roof, with an inspiring atmosphere.
One of the entrepreneurs that settles down in De Hallen is Maza, a brand with an extensive range of Mediterranean delicacies.
In the range
Maza sells falafel, mezze and ten dips, which are delicious for dipping bread or as a base for pasta sauce. Among the dips are different varieties of hummus, choriatiki, tahina, baba anoesch, matbucha and balkan.
