The sushi donut was invented by Sam from So Beautifully Raw.
How to make a sushi donut?
Cook sushi rice and let it cool. Grease a donut mold and fill it with rice, pressing it down well. Then remove the rice from the mold and decorate the rice donut with, for example, avocado, salmon, sesame seeds, ginger, wasabi and mayonnaise.
