Ingredients for 1 Hugo Cocktail
- 120 ml cold prosecco (just under a standard wine glass)
- 30 ml (1 shot glass) Spa red
- 30 ml (1 shot glass) elderflower syrup
- 1 slice lime
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- A couple of ice cubes
How to Make a Hugo Cocktail
- Pour the elderflower syrup into the glass
- Add prosecco and Spa red. Stir gently
- Squeeze the slice of lime and drop it in
- Add the sprigs of mint
