What You'll Need

  • Large wine glasses or gin tonic glasses
  • Stirring spoons

Ingredients for 1 Hugo Cocktail

  • 120 ml cold prosecco (just under a standard wine glass)
  • 30 ml (1 shot glass) Spa red
  • 30 ml (1 shot glass) elderflower syrup
  • 1 slice lime
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint
  • A couple of ice cubes

How to Make a Hugo Cocktail

  1. Pour the elderflower syrup into the glass
  2. Add prosecco and Spa red. Stir gently
  3. Squeeze the slice of lime and drop it in
  4. Add the sprigs of mint
  5. Top with ice cubes
