- 1 shortcrust pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 500g leeks
- 100g plain or smoked bacon, to taste

- 20 cl liquid cream

1. Clean and slice the leeks into rings.
2. While they drain, roll out the shortcrust pastry into a pie dish.
