Ingredients

For 4 people - Preparation time: 5 min - Cooking time: 40 mins

- 1 shortcrust pastry (store-bought or homemade)

- 500g leeks

- 100g plain or smoked bacon, to taste

- 3 eggs

- 20 cl liquid cream

- nutmeg

- salt, pepper

How to Make It

1. Clean and slice the leeks into rings.

2. While they drain, roll out the shortcrust pastry into a pie dish.

3. Scatter the leeks and bacon over the pastry.

4. Whisk together the cream and eggs.
