It's easy to do , is not it ? And it's super good!

Bonus tip

You now know the simple recipe for homemade natural yoghurts . But the advantage is of course to be able to vary the pleasures!

Pieces of peaches or strawberries in summer, bits of pear or bananas in winter, rose or violet extract, you can imagine it all with these yoghurts!

How about a recipe with chocolate?

If you don't have a kitchen thermometer to tell if the milk or water has cooled enough, you can find one here.

Savings achieved

The average price of a flavored yogurt is 0.35 cents in trade.

With homemade yoghurts, it drops to around €0.12, a little more depending on the ingredients you want to add. Saving more than 20 cents per yogurt, it can go very quickly in a family!

At home, I calculated that we eat an average of 100 yogurts a month.

Which means that just on yogurts, we now save more than 20 euros per month... and therefore 240 euros in the year !

All this without having invested in any yoghurt maker!
